Byron and Stephanie Chapman came up with the idea of Dean Commercial, Inc. (DCI) over 25 years ago. Ever since Byron built his first hotel in Greely, CO in 1995, he has attained experience in all aspects of hotel construction management and renovation, transforming DCI into the hotel specialist company it is today. DCI has expanded to include a wide variety of services for property owners including, Construction Management of Hotels, Hotel Renovations and PIPs, and General Contracting of New Hotels. Our team oversees dozens of hospitality projects each year, providing the needed intimate attention to each project our owners have come to expect. Our Hotel General Contractor PIP team takes on each property with individual attention to every challenge. We attribute DCI's history of success to strong partnership relationships with our clients, many of which have been with us for decades. We are proud of our long-established track record.

As Project Executive, Byron will ensure our commitment to you and this project will be honored. Our team delivers a successful project on time and within budget. A licensed general contractor, Byron has more than 30 years of experience managing the construction of complex projects in the Hospitality Industry. His experience includes; budget preparation, value analysis, estimating, and project scheduling. Byron will also manage the complete spectrum of pre-construction, construction, and construction management through project closeout. He has built and rebranded hospitality projects over the entire United States. With that experience, he can handle all potential circumstances that could arise.
Byron holds a doctorate of Jurisprudence from Humprey's College of Law, and a B.A. from Brigham Young University. Byron's California license is #909830.
