We recognize every remodel project is unique. Because of this, we assign one team member to each property from the start of pre-construction consultation until the project closeout. This enables Dean Commercial to have knowledge of every detail, of each project, and maintain quality at every level. We offer additional services including interior design, procurement of FF&E, and coordination of OS&E if asked.
