A licensed general contractor, Byron has more than 30 years of experience managing the construction of complex projects in the Hospitality Industry. His experience includes; budget preparation, value analysis, estimating, and project scheduling. Byron will also manage the complete spectrum of pre-construction, construction, and construction management through project closeout. He has built and rebranded hospitality projects over the entire United States. With that experience, he can handle all potential circumstances that could arise.
